How we work

The creative activity of design is both art and science. It’s not as simple as throwing out some creative ideas and waiting for people to say, "That's cool"! Rather, it’s a thoughtful process that consists of three primary steps:

1. Research

2. Design

3. Implementation

The first step of Research involves meeting with you and learning about your marketing goals -- what customers you are targeting, and what you are trying to achieve. Frankly, if you are a new client, we don't know you…nor do you know us. This is our mutual discovery time.

The Design step is our time to consider what elements of style and message will best reach your target audience and achieve your goals. We brainstorm together and create seed thoughts…then grow those seeds into more comprehensive concepts to present to you.

The Implementation phase follows next, where we create the product and help you manage all aspects of pre- and post-production. At this point, you may wish us to simply turn over our creative work, or you may prefer that we handle all elements of production. Either way, your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We want you to be so completely satisfied with our work that you will use our services again and again!
